The successful candidate will be responsible for generating accurate, dependable, and reproducible data efficiently. A strong foundation in experimental methodologies and data analysis is essential, along with a solid understanding of the relevant scientific discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine laboratory tasks independently while ensuring consistent and reliable outcomes.
  • Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) assays, including Reverse Phase, Anion Exchange, and Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC).
  • Critically analyze results, identifying and documenting any significant discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot experimental procedures and laboratory equipment as necessary.
  • Acquire knowledge of and adapt to new experimental methodologies.
  • Exhibit proficiency in various techniques and modify protocols to meet the evolving demands of research initiatives.
  • Communicate interpreted findings and project updates internally in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contextualize data within the scientific literature by consulting and referencing relevant studies.
  • Comply with corporate standards regarding conduct, safety protocols, material handling, and Good Practice (GxP) compliance.
  • Conduct separation assays, including SEC, HPLC, Ion Exchange, Capillary Electrophoresis, and imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (icIEF).

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemistry, or a related field, typically accompanied by three years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with equivalent educational background (no additional experience required).

Possess both theoretical and practical expertise in method development and validation.

Experience with separation-based analytical techniques, particularly UPLC/HPLC methods, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), and imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (icIEF) is highly desirable.
