We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at DV Therapy. As a Registered ABA Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • You will work directly with children and young adults with special needs, utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote replacement behaviors.
  • Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will receive ongoing training, feedback, and guidance to ensure your success in this role.
  • You will also be responsible for recording data to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans for assigned clients and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician license is required.
  • You must be willing to conduct in-home services.
  • A minimum high school degree or equivalent is required, while a college education is preferred.
  • You must pass a background check and have a reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
  • A TB test is also required.
  • Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program is preferred, and ABA experience is an asset.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
