Salary and Benefits

$25-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including fully reimbursed Registered Behavior Technician certification, paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, paid gap time for in between sessions, 401(k) with a company match, sick/mental wellness time off and paid time off, and unlimited referral bonus.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team in Whittier, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a passion for providing high-quality ABA therapy services. As a Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing ABA interventions in clients' homes, schools, or one of our clinics. This may include conducting sessions that last 2-3 hours, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles to reduce target behaviors and help clients develop new skills.
