Job Description

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly skilled VTC Team Lead to join our team providing IT Support Services to the Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM). This position will be responsible for leading a team of 4 VTC/AV support personnel who will provide VTC operations & services support to CECOM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meetings, manage and operate the Video Operation Control (VOC) facilities, and provide daily operations and technical support of VTC/AV hardware and software.
  • Training and Support: Provide training on all hardware and software located in the VOC, instruct CECOM personnel in the use and operation of portable VTC systems, and conduct pre-conference testing and setup.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of issues concerning all aspects of VTC, AV equipment, and related voice/data communications.
  • Enhanced Operations Support: Provide enhanced VTC/AV operations support for CECOM and non-CECOM customers using the Mallette Auditorium and Multi-Purpose Rooms, Myer Auditorium, Building 6000, and other facilities.
