Job Summary:

The Lakeland Monroe Group is seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Die Setter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production tools and molds in a timely manner, coordinating with shift supervisors, process technicians, and molding schedulers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless production.
  • Perform material changeovers efficiently, prioritizing changes over other duties.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
  • Assist in other duties as needed to support the team's goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous die setting experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate a crane and maintain a valid forklift license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
