Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Gather, cleanse, and structure data from various sources.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness through rigorous validation processes.
  • Apply data preparation techniques to ensure readiness for analysis.

Analytical Insights:

  • Assist in performing analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and significant insights.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively convey findings.
  • Translate intricate data results into practical recommendations for stakeholders.

Data Integrity:

  • Support the identification and resolution of data quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Familiarize yourself with data quality standards and best practices within the healthcare sector.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Work alongside various business units to address their data requirements, including ad-hoc analyses and report generation.
  • Adjust your approach to accommodate the unique needs of different teams.

Professional Development:

  • Actively engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Testing to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
  • Seize opportunities to acquire new skills and tools as our data landscape evolves.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and industry experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated capability to conduct ad hoc analyses under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation tools (Python or R preferred).
