Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work every day.
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are preferred.
  • Ready to quickly learn new product knowledge and improve.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Training is provided.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
