Billings Clinic is seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Current Montana state license as a registered nurse, or compact nursing license with ability to obtain a MT RN license within 90 days of hire date.
- At least one year of RN experience in a critical care setting.
- ACLS certification preferred or ability to successfully complete ACLS training within two years of hire.
