Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resources/Float Pool team at Billings Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to execute a plan of care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in the medical record.
- Adhere to Billings Clinic safety standards and policies, identifying and addressing potential safety issues.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills in relevant equipment, pharmacology, and laboratory values.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and development, meeting system and departmental educational requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care.
- Current Montana and/or Wyoming state license as a registered nurse.
- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
