Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive students safely and reliably to and from school, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays from 6:30-9:30am and 1:30-4:30pm.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • You should have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience, demonstrating your ability to provide support and guidance to children.
  • You must have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone for communication purposes.
  • You are required to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to fingerprinting, drug screening, and a physical exam.
  • You must be able to read, write, and speak English at a proficient level.
