JOB SUMMARY: The Risk Management Administrator is responsible for executing various administrative functions that bolster the effectiveness of the risk management program.

- Conduct various skills assessment initiatives, including record entry, report generation, and necessary audits.
- Oversee the maintenance of training record systems for the organization.
- Assist with administrative duties that support the department as required.
- Facilitate the tracking and processing of pesticide licensing for the organization.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's safety, education, and training protocols by aiding in the creation of necessary documentation and applications.
- Monitor and uphold compliance on both in-house and cloud-based safety data management systems, including data entry, program submissions, and training assignments.
- Actively engage in and promote Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
- Position may necessitate occasional travel.
- During emergencies or natural disasters, the employee may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two-year degree preferred.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in an administrative support capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning, and patience. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform job duties and interact with employees and vendors.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is highly preferred.
INTELLECTUAL/EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The individual in this position must be capable of performing responsibilities effectively under pressure. The role requires adaptability to a variety of tasks, often shifting from one to another without loss of efficiency or composure. This position necessitates the ability to address and resolve issues while maintaining productive working relationships with employees, which may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of others. It also requires the ability to adjust to fluctuating priorities daily while being responsive to emerging needs.
