Position Overview:
Our client is currently in search of a skilled individual to fill the role of a computer/network support technician. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of experience in assisting clients with fundamental help desk and network support challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Network Support
  • Set up, configure, and provide assistance for the LAN, WAN, and Internet systems or a portion of a network infrastructure.
  • Oversee and manage network hardware and software components.
  • Continuously monitor the network to guarantee availability for all users and execute necessary actions to maintain network uptime.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive systems documentation.
  • Ensure regular backups and manage imaging procedures for computers.

B. Help Desk Operations
  • Diagnose and resolve various IT issues, encompassing software, hardware, and networking challenges.
  • Install and upgrade desktops, laptops, PDAs, peripherals, networks, and associated software.
  • Assist the IT System/Network Administrator with analysis and documentation related to LAN/WAN functionalities.
  • Engage with external vendors for troubleshooting as required.
  • Establish, maintain, and conduct preventative maintenance on desktops and servers.
  • Perform administrative setup and maintenance for user network and email accounts.
  • Deliver technical support and assistance to end-users as necessary.

C. Additional Duties
  • Print all claims system checks.
  • Manage the telephone system, including both hardware and software components.
  • Secure vendor quotes as instructed.
