Job Title: Pool & Beach Bartender

Join our team as a skilled Bartender at Mauna Lani, a luxury resort in Hawaii. As a key player in our vibrant establishment, you will be responsible for crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wine, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality experience for our guests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our drink offerings, including menu items, specials, and prices, to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean all bar equipment and fittings, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times, maintaining a high level of inventory management.
  • Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, with experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
