The base salary range for this position is $85K - $105K.

As the Director of Pool and Beach Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool and beach management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver world-class service.

• As the Director of Pool and Beach Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool and beach management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver world-class service.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.
• Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.
• Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings.

• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.  High School Diploma preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing pool and beach operations.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Blue Card certification.
• Food Handling Safety Certification.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of over 30 employees
  The position will require you to build relationships with each guest and offer quick and satisfactory guest recovery.
