POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a talented and driven Software Engineer with a strong background in leadership to fulfill the role of Product Owner.

As a Software Engineer / Product Owner, you will engage in stimulating projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to pioneering solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support advanced programs and RADAR systems as part of a cohesive team.
  • Oversee the product's work scope as the Agile Product Owner.
  • Collaborate with various engineering disciplines and program staff.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools.
  • Participate in meetings focused on product or process enhancements.
  • Adhere to engineering processes and procedures throughout the development lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Development
- Proficiency in C++ Software Development
- Familiarity with JIRA for planning
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Experience in Proposal Development
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Eligibility to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Vision for Product Line
- Knowledge of RADAR and Systems
- Strong problem-solving skills

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

This position necessitates a government security clearance; US Citizenship is required.

IMPORTANT NOTES

SALARY INFORMATION:

The annual base salary range varies based on location and factors such as experience and responsibilities.
