Salary and Benefits
  • $76,000 annual salary (estimated based on national averages)
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) retirement plan
  • A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for experienced nurses
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. As a nurse in this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe care.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession. A current license to practice nursing in the state of Massachusetts is required, and certification in CPR is preferred.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing (preferred)
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts
  • CPR certification
