About the Position:

This Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the physician office. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, technical tasks, and documentation following established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support physicians in providing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Assist with activities of daily living and specific technical tasks with consideration for the age of the patient
  • Document care provided following established guidelines
  • Complete indirect care activities needed for the efficient operation of the physician office
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
  • Previous physician office experience required
  • Practice Management System and EMR experience preferred
