Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team at Assisting Hands of Boston Northwest. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes, delivering exceptional in-home and companion experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility support.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
  • Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plans, including helping clients with personal care functions and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
  • Remind clients to take self-administered medications and provide balanced care training to enhance the lives of seniors.
Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to utilize a smartphone-based app are essential.
