Position Summary

This dynamic role involves addressing customer needs both in-person and via phone. Utilize your communication expertise to clarify warranty options, coordinate schedules between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote various products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in consumer retail sales
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer issues
  • Valid driver's license required for driving customer and company vehicles
  • Completion and maintenance of all required BSRO educational courses and modules for this position
