Key Responsibilities
  • Generate deep insights into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to identify opportunities for enhancing patient outcomes.
  • Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities and improve clinical decision-making.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and administrators to gain insight into system, customer, and patient unmet needs.
  • Synthesize data from various sources to understand the evolving local care system and make data-driven decisions on account potential and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and awareness of Exact Sciences' products and maximize sales growth.
  • Lead the implementation of business and customer plans to devise and implement customer-specific pre-and post-call engagement approaches.
  • Inform, educate, and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences' products and value propositions.
  • Proactively drive business growth by focusing on customers with the highest potential and uncovering unmet needs and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
  • Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access to those facilities.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.
  • Experience working with primary care physicians and targeted customers.
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
  • Expertise in computer technology specific to sales.
