Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review interface documents, system requirements, and architectural documentation
  • Provide mentoring to junior systems engineering team members
  • Support the development and review of system engineering artifacts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 14 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 12 years of experience, or 9 years of experience with a PhD
  • Proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to develop product solutions
  • Experience developing system engineering artifacts, such as specifications, interface control documents, and use cases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an Agile development environment
  • Domain experience with both Space and Missile Defense
  • Experience with Systems Analysis, Model Based System Engineering, and Architecture development
