Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the healthcare team.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, ensuring well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
