Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with patients and their families.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
- Advanced Life Support certification, obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- BLS Provider certification, obtained within 1 month of hire date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification, preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
