Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at Aqua Design Systems, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in accounts payable and receivable.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The Financial Clerk will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • This role also involves maintaining accurate parts and supply inventory, tracking job hours and expenses, and reconciling vendor balances.
  • The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field is necessary; experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SAGE is a major plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
