As a Foreman, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day work activities of plumbing/pipefitter mechanics and helpers, ensuring projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing systems, a Master's or Journeyman Plumbing License, and experience working on large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating work activities, inspecting work in process and completed work, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day work activities of plumbing/pipefitter mechanics and helpers
  • Supervise and coordinate work activities to ensure projects are completed safely and on time
  • Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed
  • Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules
  • Work safely and encourage others to do so
Requirements
  • Current or previous leadership experience as a Foreman working on commercial projects
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
  • Master's or Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand project-related documents in the English language
  • Knowledge of basic construction/shop math
  • OSHA 10-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
