Job Title: Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Parts Department and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and control, ensuring that all parts and materials are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and train department employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners, ensuring that we have access to the latest products and technologies.
  • Ensure that all customer parts inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue growth in the parts department.
  • Ensure that all administrative work associated with the parts department is completed accurately and efficiently, including work orders and parts ordering and returns.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient completion of all paperwork associated with the parts department.
  • Develop and implement ongoing training and development programs for all parts department employees.
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of work experience in a related parts and operations role.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage people, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and manufacturer partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently, with a strong focus on time management and organization.
