Position Overview:

The Foreman is responsible for managing the field operations of a grading team while actively engaging in hands-on work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in excavation and grading processes
  • Supervising the grading team under the direction of the Superintendent
  • Operating heavy machinery on various project sites
  • Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings and specifications
  • Providing accurate reports regarding time and materials used
  • Upholding safety and quality assurance standards
  • Adapting to changes in schedules and work locations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Capability to lift and manage weights exceeding 50 lbs
