Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and direction to our care team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional care, managing complex cases, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident goals and preferences
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to licensed nurses and caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and manage resident needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in resident care

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or gerontological nursing setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
