Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients. Your duties will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where you are applying
- 1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
