The Retail Banker/Teller I is tasked with engaging potential clients, outlining available services, and promoting bank products and services. This role involves the establishment of new accounts, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations, and validating customer information and identification. The Retail Banker/Teller I facilitates account openings through our core banking systems, adhering to customer identification and documentation requirements, and performs Teller responsibilities as necessary, such as processing transactions and maintaining accurate records of monetary exchanges.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is mandatory.
  • 0 to 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience is preferred.
WORK HOURS
  • Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm
LOCATION
  • Fayetteville, AR - Will float to nearby branches.
