Pure Barre Lancaster is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to lead our classes and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach up to 25 participants per class, leading them through a total body workout that combines ballet barre techniques with strength training and cardio exercises.
  • Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and class planning to ensure a high-energy and engaging experience.
  • Learn and master new choreography changes on a quarterly basis to keep classes fresh and exciting.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to lead high-energy classes, including lifting hand weights and performing full-body exercises.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and confident personality with a passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Active lifestyle and a commitment to maintaining a healthy and fit body.
  • Dependable and strong work ethic, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Confidence to command a room of 20 people and maintain a high level of energy throughout the class.
  • Musicality and ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music.
  • Background in dance, fitness, or a related field (desired but not required).
  • Pure Barre certification is required, and we will provide training for those who are not already certified.
  • Minimum one-year commitment to teaching required before attending 4-day training.
