Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Bloomingdale's Sales Professional is to inspire and guide customers in discovering their unique style. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers, both in-store and online, while nurturing customer relationships.
  • Boost sales by effectively utilizing technology to engage with clients.
  • Contribute to merchandising and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructional documents, including safety protocols and procedural manuals.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Role necessitates extended periods of standing and walking throughout the store.
  • May require reaching, crouching, kneeling, and color vision.
  • Frequent use of technology, including computers and handheld devices, is essential for job functions.
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25lbs regularly.
