About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Lose Design. As a key member of our CSR Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met.
The Role
As a Customer Service Liaison, you will play a vital role in managing customer enquiries, providing job progress updates, and working schedules to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is a highly customer-facing position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Reply to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize customer scripts to navigate difficult situations and ensure consistency in our customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve departmental processes and company service standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and job progress updates in our databases.
- Operate standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to perform job duties efficiently.
- Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on policy and product knowledge, enhancing your expertise and capabilities.
- Monitor customer accounts and update records with new account information as necessary.
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
