Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at our Travel Centers. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, using your expertise in POS systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and company standards
  • Train and develop lower-level cashiers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Prioritize tasks according to store and management needs, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
Requirements
  • 4+ years of cashier experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Computer/POS knowledge, with expertise in register audits and safe counting
  • Cash handling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Merchandising/stocking experience, with a keen eye for visual merchandising
  • Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate team members

Working Conditions

This role requires continuous sitting and typing, frequent talking and using eye and hand coordination. You may also be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
