We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at ServiceMaster Facility Services. As a Commercial Cleaning Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or facilities services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
