Job Overview

Restore Dental is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice in Los Angeles, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and office maintenance.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage office budgets, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient payments.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient concerns and ensure high patient satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance patient experience and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards. Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role within a dental practice.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse patients.
  • Billing Experience: Strong knowledge of dental billing processes and experience with insurance claims.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Dentrix dental software and office applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
