Job Description

The Aviation Maintenance Technician Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining staffing levels above 80% at Mountain Air Cargo. This individual will source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for Aviation Maintenance Technician and Pilot positions, develop and maintain relationships with external partners, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for Aviation Maintenance Technician and Pilot positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including schools, unions, and community organizations.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful recruitment processes.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to attend industry events, conduct interviews, and visit job sites.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in Aviation Recruitment or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
