Responsibilities- Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders to maintain the hotel's high standards.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance assignments, including room care and electrical system checks.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including small appliances, kitchen equipment, and plumbing systems.
- Service the hotel's pool and maintain the building exterior, including snow removal and lawn care.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms and respond to guest requests in a courteous manner.
Vocational schooling, military training, certification, or experience in building-related trades is required. Hotel experience is preferred. The ability to receive instructions, communicate progress, and adapt communication style to suit different audiences is essential.
