About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the functionality of building systems within our client facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including material handling equipment and robotic systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
  • Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
  • Track and store department inventory.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with clients and operations team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or higher degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training; 2+ years' experience with MHE safety standards and automated conveyor systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders.
