Job Description

Sika Corporation is a leading manufacturer of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, as well as the transportation, marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Representative to join our team in the Buildings & Parking business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Promote Sika products through continued development of engineering specifications and contractor applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and specifiers to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
