Medical Director for Ambulatory Care

We are seeking a Medical Director for Ambulatory Care to lead our team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers at Summit Recruiting Group.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning among team members
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful as a Medical Director for Ambulatory Care, you should possess:
- A MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in directing teams of healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
- A commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $260,000 based on experience, plus additional benefits:
- Full-time, permanent position with a 4.5-day workweek
- A guaranteed schedule of patients, with support staff available to assist with volume
