Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to develop an action plan for completing procedures
  • Perform MRI exams safely and accurately, adhering to quality assurance standards
  • Provide clear and precise documentation for continuity of care and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a positive practice atmosphere
  • Participate in professional organizations and scholarly activities to advance the profession
Requirements
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS for Healthcare Providers) certification
  • Working knowledge of imaging equipment, image processing software, and ancillary patient care equipment
