About the Role

This position makes a significant impact on the community by providing one-on-one speech therapy services to patients of all ages. As a Speech Therapist, you will diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients in acute and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established documentation standards
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology from the state of Maine
  • Clinical Competence Certificate through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
