Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Full-time PT, you will provide physical therapy services to clients according to the standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Your expertise will include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation, and instruction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized physical therapy services to clients in their homes or communities, promoting independent living and overall well-being.
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care that incorporate goals consistent with each client's needs and condition.
* Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
* Utilize your knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client home care needs, ensuring effective outcomes and optimal independence.
Requirements:
* A Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Current PT license in the State of Maine.
* Current CPR card required.
* One year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred, with home health experience being a plus.
* Possess a reliable car with insurance for travel to client locations.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
