Job Title: Director, Collaborative Real-World Evidence

GSK is seeking a highly experienced and inspiring health economics and outcomes research leader to join our team as a Director, Collaborative Real-World Evidence. This role will play a critical part in leading collaborative research by generating real-world evidence and will be the US VEO lead for GSK's Oncology candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with US customers across the healthcare system to access real-world data, research capability, and interest in engaging in collaborative research.
  • Lead value evidence and strategic team meetings to identify opportunities for impactful above-brand collaborative research.
  • Ensure high-impact collaborative research by applying appropriate study designs and research methods.
  • Implement collaborative research by developing a real-world evidence plan and designing studies with external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring strategic alignment with key internal stakeholders, including US medical, commercial, market access, Global HEOR, and Global medical affairs.
Requirements:
  • MS or PhD in health economics and outcomes research or related discipline (economics, sociology, epidemiology, other).
  • 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including field research-facing roles or related fields within US Oncology experience.
  • Must have experience negotiating the needs for real-world evidence with key Oncology external customers.
  • Health economics and outcomes research strategy, development, execution, and research goal attainment.
  • Experience developing and executing research real-world data plans with internal and external stakeholders.
