Transforming Immunology with Real World Evidence

At argenx, we're pushing the boundaries of immunology to deliver innovative treatments for autoimmune diseases. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and communicating real-world evidence to support our therapies and accelerate patient access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive real-world evidence generation strategy to address key evidence gaps and inform our product development pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Market Access, to align on evidence generation plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including KOLs, patient advocates, and partners, to identify and execute prospective real-world evidence studies that address critical questions and inform our product development pipeline.
  • Lead the development of project plans, protocols, and governance documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Oversee the execution of real-world evidence studies, including site recruitment, data collection, and analysis, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Disseminate evidence through high-quality publications, presentations, and other channels, collaborating with investigators, HCPs, patient advocates, and partners as needed.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and/or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a strong background in real-world evidence generation, scientific project management, and compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prospective real-world evidence study design and execution, with a strong understanding of project design, feasibility analysis, and need determination.
  • Experience working in rare diseases is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a willingness to spend time in the Boston and Gent offices and attend relevant conferences.
