Job Summary

Lesaffre Group is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team in the Milwaukee area. As a key player in the fermentation industry, we are committed to innovation and sustainability. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS and HCM, with experience working with UKG modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, elevating the employee experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, design, test, and implement new HRIS solutions to enhance functionality
  • Develop and enforce robust governance standards for HRIS data and system security
  • Evaluate new HR system capabilities and make strategic recommendations
  • Manage HRIS documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison to HR system vendors and troubleshoot HRIS issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain HR data quality
  • Communicate effectively and provide training to upskill the HR team

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years in HRIS and HCM oversight, configuration, and support
  • 3+ years of experience working within a Human Resources team and role
  • Detailed understanding of a variety of UKG modules
  • Proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft Office Products
