Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized training sessions at clients' homes and on-site, catering to diverse fitness levels and objectives.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards consistently, demonstrating integrity in all client interactions.
  • Ensure client safety while providing continuous motivation and encouragement.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the significance of a healthy lifestyle.
  • Inspire clients to achieve their fitness aspirations through positive reinforcement and effective communication.
  • Conduct progress assessments to maintain client engagement.
  • Travel to and from client training locations.
  • Manage appointments using our scheduling application.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness sector.
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • Solid understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' locations and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
