Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data collection instruments and protocols to identify performance gaps and evaluate instruction
  • Analyze data and report findings to inform instructional design decisions
  • Document instructional design plans and project information to guide the development of instruction
  • Use empirical data to make instructional design decisions and design learner-centered instructional strategies
  • Develop project management plans for instruction design projects and design assessments of learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training solutions

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Masters degree plus 10 years of experience strongly desired
