Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and chemists to develop commercially viable, multi-step organic syntheses for the manufacture of small-molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients.
  • Participate in drug substance process development efforts, including laboratory development, drug supply preparation, and technology transfer to third-party manufacturing facilities.
  • Troubleshoot chemistry and engineering issues at the bench and apply corrective measures.
  • Compile and interpret data systematically, and present results in clear conclusions or recommendations to guide project decisions.
  • Explore the application of novel scientific approaches to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • PhD and 0-3 years, a Master's and 3+ years, a Bachelor's and 6+ years, or the equivalent combination of education and experience related to Chemical Engineering.

On-Site Designated

Flex Eligibility Status:

In this On-Site designated role, you will work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
